Situated on the West Cliff, within sight of the sea, this bungalow is ideal for the holidaymaker. It has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and the owner uses it herself during the winter.
The bungalow is only a two minute walk from shops, restaurants, bar and bus stop, and the cliff lift which during the summer season takes you straight down to the beach. The Golf course is half a mile away.
Outside there is a private seating area and there is off street parking for 2 cars at the property..

The fully equipped Kitchen / Diner has a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a table that seats 4/6. The separate utility room has a washer, iron, ironing board and line.

The living room is comfortably furnished, has a coal effect electric fire with radiant bars and a TV with Freesat and a DVD player. WIFI available.
There are 2 bedrooms. One with a king-size double bed and another with a 4’ and a 3’ bed. The beds will be ready on arrival. Towels are not provided. The large bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, toilet and washbasin
The house is double glazed and heated by a combination boiler and thermostatically controlled radiators, which means hot water is available at all times, and the temperature in each room can be adjusted easily.
Bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit of £100.
This will be deducted from the rent which must be paid 6 weeks in advance.
The rent is £650 per week.
Maximum occupancy 4 persons.
